What is your turnaround time?
~Most of our orders (Vinyl decals and unpainted wooden signs) ship out in 1 to 5 business days. Please note that if you ordered "painted" wooden sign, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to produce.

Are your wall decals removable?
~Yes! They are easily removable but please note that they are for single use only.

How do I select colors and input my custom name?
~Please input all your order specifications (colors, name, direction, etc...) inside the "Add your order personalization here:" box during checkout. We will receive your message and create your order just the way you want.

How do I get a preview one of your wall decals I want to order?
~Please email us and let us know which design you are interested in, the colors you want for the design and your wall color. Our designer we'll make you a preview right away :)

What thickness are your wooden signs?
~Our smaller wooden signs (24" and lower) are made out of 1/4" birch wood. Our larger signs (29" and up) are made out of 1/2" birch wood.

Can you use a different font?
~Yes we can do any other font you want. Please tell us what font you wanted to use and we'll change it at no extra cost.

I'm not sure what colors to use. Can you help me?
~Yes please message us and one of our designers will be happy to help you :)

How long does shipping take?
~Most of our orders are shipped by Canada Post, Purolator, USPS and UPS and usually take 1 to 7 business days to arrive. Please visit our shipping page for more info.

Can I switch parts from one design to another design or vise versa?
~Yes you can mix and match any of our designs! Just let us know what you wanted to switch and we will accommodate your request.

Do you provide hanging hardware with your wooden signs?
~We do not include hanging hardware. Wooden signs can be used in many different ways. We strongly recommend using double sided tape to install your wooden sign onto your wall. You can also hang the sides by strings or have it lean against something. Check out our wooden sign installation video to see how to easily hang your wooden sign.

Can you mirror image or have the design going in opposite direction?
~Yes! Just tell us "reverse orientation" in your message to us and we will create your design in mirror image.
